His series "BRAVE NEW YORK," created in 2012, was first exhibited in Berlin in 2014 in the original PAN AM LOUNGE. The space, formerly a lounge for pilots and flight attendants of the American airline, with its 1960s furniture, provided the perfect backdrop for his black and white photographs, which, due to their analog feel, could also have originated from that era.

The artist captures a dystopian world in his photographs, revealing the increasing loss of interpersonal communication in our time. It depicts an imaginary society moving apathetically and as if remotely controlled within a matrix of menacing architecture under the guise of a seemingly controlling power.

All exhibits in the exhibition were purchased in advance from the artist by the management of the PAN AM LOUNGE and still adorn the walls of the venue today.
